By leading meditations with her students for many years, Annabel has designed her leading meditations to give you the best experience possible. She combines Mantras, Creative Visualization and Positive Affirmations allowing you to reach new stages of enlightenment.

Meditation classes are held on Sunday Mornings from 10:00 am to 11:00am a schedule will be provided via e-mail

Meditation Class Fee's is $20.00 per class - 5 classes must be paid in advance at time of registration. Thereafter, addition 5 classes can be purchased in advance. SORRY, NO REFUNDS if classes are missed.
